3.Morningstar : Morningstar, Inc. is an investment research company founded in 1984. Its "Morningstar Fund Risk Rating System" has become an authoritative institution for fund ratings. Many fund analysts, advisors, and individual investors refer to Morningstar's fund star ratings as investment reference indicators, and these star ratings from 1 to 5 are often seen in monthly fund reports. In simple terms, Morningstar is an organization that rates all funds based on star ratings and research indicators.

▸Morningstar ratings evaluate the relative performance of similar funds or exchange-traded funds (ETFs) based on the performance of stocks (including returns and risks). Ratings range from 1 to 5 stars, with 5 stars being the highest.

▸Fair Value: Utilizes eight precise valuation methods based on price-to-earnings ratio, discounted cash flow, average dividends, etc., to calculate the fair investment value. It helps investors distinguish between stock prices and fundamental values and seize the best profit opportunities.

▸Moat Rating: The wider and deeper the moat, the harder it is for enemies to enter your castle.

  - Wide: Represents a company's unique long-term competitive advantage of 20 years or more.

  - Narrow: Represents a company's unique long-term competitive advantage of 10 years or more.

  - None: Represents a company with no unique long-term competitive advantage.

▸Risk Rating: Considers various aspects of investment risk, including company-specific risks, industry risks, market risks, and overall economic risks. They may evaluate a company's risk management capabilities, legal and regulatory risks, etc.

▸Management Rating: Morningstar rates management teams based on their "experience background," "strategy execution capability," "financial management," "profit generation," and "regulatory governance". Higher ratings indicate that they believe the management team performs well in these areas and can effectively manage and grow the company.

4.Earnings Capacity: Based on the comparison between forecasted and actual EPS, investors can make corresponding adjustments to their investment strategies. If a company's actual EPS exceeds forecasts, it may indicate that the stock is undervalued, and investors may consider increasing their holdings. Conversely, if the actual EPS falls short of forecasts, it may require reassessment of decisions, considering reducing or selling stocks.
